Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to register for our Smart Study Workshop. Since we prepare resources and block a limited number of seats for each batch, we follow a strict No Refund Policy as outlined below.
- No Refund Policy for Cancellations by Participants
- Once the registration is completed and the fee is paid, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
- This applies to all reasons, including personal, health-related, academic, or travel issues.
- Participants and parents are requested to register only if they are fully sure about attending.
- Seat Rescheduling Option (Subject to Availability)
- In genuine unavoidable situations, if the participant is unable to attend, they may request to shift their registration to the next available batch subject to seat availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible due to seat limitations, the fee will not be refunded.
- Transfer to Another Student (Optional)
- If the original participant cannot attend, the seat may be transferred to another student of the same class group (Class 9–12), provided the replacement details are given at least 48 hours in advance.
- No last-minute replacements or substitutions will be accepted.
- Cancellations by the Organizer
In rare cases where the workshop is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond our control (such as venue issues, natural causes, minimum registration not met, etc.):
- Participants will be offered either:
✅ A full refund, OR
✅ An option to attend the rescheduled workshop without any extra charge.
